**Administration**
- Provides general administrative work and support to the Community Partnership team which includes donation data entry, maintaining, filing, and compiling donor’s records for analysis purposes.
- Coordinate meals sponsorship and donation in-kind.

**Volunteer Management**
- Volunteer recruitment, coordination and CSR outreach activities (include interviewing, screening and matching)
- Create, maintain, and update the volunteer database and records
- Develop and manage policies, procedures, and standards for volunteers
- Work with Charity’s residential team to roster and organise volunteers/ befrienders for activities
- Plan for volunteer recognition, retention and replacement
- Handle volunteer management administrative work
- Performing other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Executive Director

**Technical Competencies**:
Experienced in volunteer partnership management preferred.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Has related experience in administration roles.

**Preferred achievements/characteristics**:
Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
