**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Co-ordinate with ATOs to organise visits to ISCA’s spaces at IHLs to support ATOs’ engagements with their prospective employees i.e. accountancy and non-accountancy students
- Working closely with ATOs on series of intensified outreach partnerships with employers at various IHLs
- Growing the SCAQ branding across international markets and acquiring new ATOs from overseas countries.
- Conduct outreach activities to convert companies and professional services firms into ISCA’s Corporate Members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in or with the accountancy education sector or in a related field focused on outreach and partnership development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and executing outreach initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in outreach or partnership building is highly valued.
