We are Construction & Servicing Engineering Firm in Oil & Gas sector, looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also be responsible for analyzing marketing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target customers and understand their needs and behaviors.
- Analyze product data and marketing campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- A/B test different marketing initiatives to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data measurement.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
