- **Experience**:
Minimum 4 years of Digital Marketing experience

**Minimum requirement**:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2 year of lifecycle marketing experience via Marketing Automation / CRMs like Hubspot, Customer.io, Drip
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns with Programmatics ads & Meta
- Intermediate understanding of Search Engine Optimisation with at least 2 years of hands on Onsite and Editorial Experience
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, customer segmentation, and analytics
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop and execute acquisition campaigns via Paid and Organic Channels
- Improve Searchability through Continuous Content Optimisation and Distribution
- Monitor customer segmentation, engagement, and loyalty metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze customer data and develop insights to inform strategy and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are successful and OKRs are met
