Our client is an established Singapore Multi-National Company with strong presence in the Technology and Communications sector.
This requirement will be the primary connection for service delivery, managing various projects related to Network Infrastructure and Large-Scale Communications reach for local and global companies.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- As a Service Delivery Manager, the role will handle service levels agreements and ensure satisfactions are met between stakeholders.
- Will perform proper provisioning and handover of deployed services to assigned corporate clients.
- Facilitate and continuously perform process improvements to refine existing procedures and enhance standard operating procedures.
- Involved in project financials including procurement, billing and staff payroll.
- Will engage, deliver and support enterprise network, security, security solutions activities for various corporate entities.
- The position may be tasked to travel island-wide at client offices as and when necessary.
**Position Requirements**:
- Must possess a Diploma in Engineering, Technology or related field.
- At least 5-years of working experience in IT Service Delivery and client services background in SI industry, leadership experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on flexible hours and travel across and around Singapore at a short notice.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP a strong advantage.
- Must be comfortable to perform client presentations, work and communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
