As a Sales Designer, you will be the crucial link between our company and our clients, helping to sell customized uniform solutions that reflect each client's brand and vision. You will leverage your sales expertise and understanding of design to deliver exceptional service and drive our company's growth. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their uniform needs and brand identity.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients with our uniform designers.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals and potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Fashion related studies.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the fashion, uniform, or related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of design principles and têxtile materials.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Having a Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous.
