**Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Participate in requirement gathering, business process mapping exercise of projects in the region.
- Gather, analyse requirements & document.
- Understanding of current procedures, identify improvements, document those processes, and connecting business processes to information technology artifacts in a project
- Supports the end-to-end process of onboarding new customers in CALISTA platform.
- Handles customer feedback, issues, requests, identify gaps and works closely/coordinate with Engineering team & QA Team to address concerns raised by customers.
- Develops project plan, UAT test plan and perform UAT testing with clients for both EDI and API-related integration projects.
- Creates project documentations and SOPs to handover to operations and conduct training to relevant teams to familiarize them with the new processes, and/or features.
- Act as L2 support for Production support.

**Skills Set Required in Job**:

- Familiar with EDI/XML/API specifications, data formats and hands-on EDI and/or API testing (using Postman)
- Knowledge in logistics/supply chain products & Power BI is a plus

**Mandatory**:

- Should have the ability to independently and effectively communicate with the internal teams.
- Should be able to communicate well in English (both verbal and written).
- Should have the ability to independently identify process bottlenecks.
- Good knowledge of Business Process Mapping tools.
- Should have the ability to independently gather, analyse requirements, and test system.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
