The Fulfilment Operation Analyst (Business Analyst) will be tasked to review and analyse current and proposed logistics operations. He/She will also support the Fulfilment Team with advanced analytics, research, and data mining. He/She will also analyse reports, fulfilment procedures, strategizing ideas to improve our business operations and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis.

**Main Activities**:

- Work closely with Key Account Manager in efforts changes to processes that could improve efficiency or productivity on our fulfilment team.
- Monitor and trend critical execution metrics on weekly, monthly & quarterly and influence partners to drive accountability and improvements to target.
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects within the warehouse, from process gap identification to solution design and implementation, as well as operational change management.
- Identify and leverage efficient routes for efficient operations.
- Give full support to Manager as required, in all matters related to the operations of assigned region facilities.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance / Business Studies / Accounting / Logistic / Supply Chain Management or equivalent with proven analytical background
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an industry-related field, experience in logistic industry will be an advantage.
- Advanced experience and skills in the efficient use of analytical IT tools, such as MS Power BI, MS Excel (e.g., Pivot tables) or other software
- Strong initiative, follow through skills and ability to manage multiple projects as well as conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Mature, innovative, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact positively across all levels of organization.

**Salary**: $3,100.00 - $4,000.00 per month
