**What You Will Be Working On**

The Data Analyst role will be a part of the Data science and analytics team, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working closely with multiple teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to leverage data in improving platform performance and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and visualize data to generate business insights for different teams.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
- Support data extraction, cleaning, and transformation processes for accurate and reliable analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving data-driven decision-making.
- Research industry trends and competitor data to help refine product and business strategies.
- Document processes and best practices to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.

**What We Are Looking For**

We value diverse perspectives and skills. While you don’t need to meet every requirement, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you succeed:

- **Bachelor’s degree or higher** in **Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field**.
- **2-3 years** of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong interest in **data analysis, Data Analyst, and SaaS platforms**.
- Familiarity with **SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools**.
- Experience with **BI tools** like **Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar** is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- A **collaborative mindset** with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- **Self-motivated** and proactive in identifying challenges and solutions.
