Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Support the Human Resources Team and Manager to ensure a smooth HR operations on a day-to day basis
2. Responsible for maintaining, updating and reviewing Employee Master Data for Operational levels employees.
3. Responsible for the processing of monthly Payroll for operational levels employees.
4. Responsible for year end employment income submission to IRAS and IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign workers.
5. Responsible in the administration of employee’s benefits such as Leaves, Insurance, Claims, probation and confirmation for Operational Levels employees
6. Verification of related insurance, licenses and certifications. Ensures proper action is taken with regard to employees who have an expired work pass, license, certification or registration. Ensures all insurance policies and memberships are updated. 7. Coordinates requests relative to the employee special expense policy (births, marriage, funerals, hospitalizations, retirements, etc.)
10. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
11. Maintain and update staff details and information to HRMS system.
12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
13. Extensive ability to work in a mature, proactive and constructive manner.
14. Possess the ability to exercise good judgment and to accept responsibilities as well as to organize and prioritize them.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Commerce/ Human Resources
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in retail or travel retail work environment.
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act.
