
Key Account Specialist Asia Pacific

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist KAM Manager to maintain and develop business with target clients.
- Assist internal operation to implement and manage service performance.
- Assist KAM to respond to Tenders and RFQ's (in coordination with RHO TM)
- Assist KAM to implement the SOP/IOP with internal operation to ensure the operation / billing / reporting / KPI / OMS/ incident cases are done / settle timely under high quality.
- Arrange regular internal meeting with KAM / Operation / Finance or branches, create / update the IOP to ensure the rate review, operation procedure review, payment review, incident review.
- Ensure the requirements from clients are implemented properly.
- To be the initial customer escalation contact to deal with inquiries or service complain.
- Ensure timely escalation with operation management, KAM Manager and Department Head for emergencies.
- Prepare and follow up spot inquiry from clients, ensure the competitiveness of DACHSER quotation and solution.
- Monitor the operation to complete all reports such as billing report, KPI report, volume/revenue report or other tailor-made reports with good data quality before send to the customer as well as internal colleagues.
- Ensure the billing and payment schedule under agreed process. If any issue or problem, ensure the proactive approach to avoid the delay. Make the escalation with KAM Manager in time.
- Support the preparation of service review meeting with customer.
- Independent processing of business processes, customer communication and meetings (during the absence of the KAM).
- Build up and maintain the customer relationship for smooth operation and problem solving.
- Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned on regular basis by KAM Manager and Department Head.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
- Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experiences preferably in an international freight forwarding industry as sales staff or operation executive.
- Strong communication skill, service minded, sales oriented with excellent service quality.
- Positive attitude and must be a good customer-oriented team player in a fast paced environment.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail who is meticulous and efficient.
- Cooperative, team player, self-disciplined and good time management.
- Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
