SITLEARN is offering SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) that is designed to help trainees acquire industry-relevant skills that can help improve their employability. Trainees will also benefit from career advisory and placement facilitation.

We are looking for a Career Coach that provides skills & training advisory and placement facilitation to prepare jobseekers for career transition. Your roles will be to plan, advise, and facilitate career transition with employers in areas primarily but not limited to in Design Innovation, Community Healthcare, Hospitality and any new sectors/portfolios.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Focus on the results of this SCTP programme.
- Provide skills & training advisory and placement support.
- Develop job search strategies such as goal setting to suit trainees needs.
- Industry collaboration to partner employers to understand and analyse hiring requirements to establish job fit.
- Liaise with SSG on career transition programme matters.
- Work with other government lead agencies on job referrals and fairs platforms to trainees to participate in relevant events.
- Provide key insights, trends, and approaches on labour market to address on trainees’ job seeking needs.
- Provide job matching and referrals to trainees to achieve successful placements.
- Support the administration and reporting of the SCTP programme.
- Support other outreach activities as part of the Partnership Development Team.

**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification with at least 5 to 8 years’ strong track record and experience in career coaching, placement facilitation and industry partnerships.
- Familiar with adult training sector.
- Relevant training and other career coaching certification qualifications is preferred.
- Strong passion to help others secure employment.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- Resourceful, professional, and creative.
- Strong industry networks.
