**FREELANCE CAREER COACH**

SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY

**($100.00 - $150.00 per hour)**

West

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct structured career coaching sessions for adult learners in areas including:

- Career profiling, mindset & expectations
- Resume writing, interview techniques
- Goal setting, job search strategies
- Developing unique selling propositions
- Facilitate On-boarding and Off-boarding workshops (3 hours each per batch)
- Provide - 1-on-1 OR group coaching both virtually and onsite
- Submit attendance, pre/post resumes, trainee feedback, and session documentation
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align training to placement goalsMonitor and report trainee progress and employment status

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in HR, career counselling, adult education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career coaching for fresh graduates / adult learners
- Strong knowledge in employability skills development
- Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using career profiling tools and job matching technology preferred
- Familiarity with employment support programmes and MOM regulations an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple batches of trainees
