Event Operations Assistant

Pre-Event Set up, Coordination and On-site event management
- Preparation of event logistics and equipment
- Event inventory management - maintaining of equipment, stock checks. Updating of monthly equipment inventory
- Coordination of other logístical event requirements(Security, Carpark, Lockers, VIP Requests, etc)
- Weekly event venue checks to ensure venues are in good condition for events.(to work closely with Operations Department / Cleaning Team)
- Assist in client site-visits
- Assist the team during Club Events, Social Events and Banquet Events
- Assist to coordinate for Festive Decorations / Monthly Floral Arrangements
- Assist to coordinate vendors’ arrangements before, during and after event (Caterers, etc)
- Ad-Hoc Duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- N Level / O Level Holders / ITE
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Operations / Events
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to handle hands-on event set up (event set ups, turnovers)
**Working Hours**:
- 5-day work week
- Rotating roster
- May be required to work on weekends & public holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
