**What is your mission?**

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

- To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting markets such as Bahasa Indonesia to support customers in Indonesia.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
