**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Responsibilities**
- Have a holistic view of the Partner Ecosystem in Asia ex Japan, Europe, EMEA
- Identify and align partners with account executives to drive successful sales outcomes and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs
- Enhance and execute Partners Program
- Expand 360F footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes
- Develop and maintain business plans with focus partners to establish clear, mutual commitments around marketing, skills development and sales, and ensuring the rhythm of the relationship stay onbeat
- Work and review with partners to maintain the pipeline versus the established business goals
- Work with marketing operations and field marketing to evaluate partner activities for opportunities and areas of improvement

**You have/are.**
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales, software vendor, or consultancy role, managing professional service engagements with resellers/partners
- Ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-regional, dynamic team
- Foster and develop key relationships with new and existing partners in Asia ex, Japan, Europe, EMEA
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in English
