Contract Duration : 1 + 1 year Working Location: Changi Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 0830am - 0600pm Salary: Max $4,900 with 1-month Completion Bonus Annual Leave: 14 days per year

**We are seeking a Procurement Manager to manage our company's IT procurement activities.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform end-to-end procurement processes, from reviewing procurement paperwork to generating procurement documents (e.g. GRN) using our automation bot, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.**:

- **Provide guidance to project teams on procurement compliance, understand their needs, and recommend suitable procurement approaches and sourcing strategies.**:

- **Identify and communicate potential procurement, contractual, and supplier-related risks to project teams and suggest strategies to mitigate these risks and avoid non-compliance.**:

- **Efficiently manage and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures are accurate and aligned with the approved budgets.**:

- **Handle other administrative duties as needed.**

**Expectations**
- **Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related field.**:

- **A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, complemented by strong analytical and conceptual skills.**:

- **Familiarity with contract management will be a plus.**:

- **Experience in a Big 4 Assurance role will be a plus.**:

- **Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.**:

- **A team player who possesses meticulous attention to detail.**:

- **Self-reliant individual who thrives and delivers in a fast-paced setting.**
