Singapore SECURA Training Academy Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees to achieve resource optimization
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the academy
- Administration of training records and registration of courses
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of training activities and logistics arrangement
- Handle enquiries and feedback on training courses
- Collate information and prepare management reports
- Provide administrative support and liaise with relevant authorities on SSG audits, Training Grants claims, internal/external audits and mandatory statutory reporting matters
- Other ad-hoc duties and sales related support

REQUIREMENT:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / Multimedia or any other related field discipline
- Min 3 years of relevant experience and familiar with SSG’s compliance, regulations, T&Cs for ATO/TP added advantage
- ACTA / ACLP is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong marketing skills and social media savvy
- Possess strong writing and communication skills to engage employees and also external parties at various levels
- Good time management and planning skills with excellent problem-solving skills
- Have high standard and integrity at work
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous with an eye for detail and planning
- Good customer service mind-set and confident in cold calling
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
