Director of Legal Affairs

The Director of Legal Affairs is the head of the corporate legal department and is responsible for the legal affairs of the entire corporation. This role includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and other senior management. The Director must possess strong initiative, as well as excellent management and leadership skills and strong business acumen.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with leaders, team members and other stakeholders across Neptune Global to address legal related matters
- Formulate and improve the management system and internal work process related to the company's legal affairs
- Draft and review important rules and regulations of the company
- Review and manage the company's internal contracts and legal documents, and provide relevant legal support
- Anticipate and control the legal risks existing in the company's business processes and provide legal advice to ensure the legality of the company's activities
- Modify, improve, and review various external documents of the company
- Provide legal advice for the company's daily business activities
- Organize and participate in legal training for employees
- Handle lawsuits, arbitration cases or disputes between the group headquarters and its subsidiaries, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company
- Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Responsible for external legal affairs, such as organizing and coordinating the processes of investment and financing
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law or related fields
- At least 6 years of legal experience
- Familiar with relevant national laws and regulations, and those who have obtained a legal professional qualification certificate are preferred
- Familiar with legal work processes such as contract approval and enterprise legal risk control system
- Strong logical thinking, deep knowledge and understanding of corporate strategic management, risk management and other aspects
- Possess strong abilities in coordination, communication, comprehensive analysis, execution, and strong legal professional sensitivity

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
