ICG-wide business unit focus to ensure coordination and sharing of best practice across the group. In particular, focused on supporting non-Markets business lines with proactive conduct and behavioral risk awareness and intervention initiatives across APAC and in partnership with Global teams. **Responsibilities**: - Ability to engage stakeholders across the APAC region and collaborate to improve working experience for colleagues, whilst achieving the best outcomes for our clients. - Responsible for managing and supporting multiple APAC risk initiatives for the organization including defining the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools and reporting that provide global risk management consistency and excellence. - Works closely with business partners to understand behavioral risks, makes recommendations on improving practices with behavioral re-design and intervention solutions. - Examines procedures for consistency and gaps relative to regulations in addition to impacts on customer experience, suggests proactive, behaviorally -informed risk mitigation alternatives - Leverages data to examine impacts to Customer Experience and Regulatory breaks. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: - Experience / interest in supporting the business with behavioral interventions - including gathering qualitative and quantitative inputs, diagnosing drivers for behavioral risks, undertaking behavioral re-design activities and running randomized control experiments. - Alongside, relevant work experience in a risk and control environment - Able to work with primary data collected to measure effectiveness of interventions and secondary data available across the bank, this might involve analysis in MS Excel, SAS, Python or other statistical tools and analytics creation in Tableau or other visualizations tools. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Effective organizational influencing skills required. - Third party vendor management preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts - Excellent problem solving skills Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives. **Education**: - Fields of study suited to this area (but not limited to); applied, social or organizational psychology, behavioral economics / econometrics, behavioral science, behavioral data science, neuroscience or other cognitive science, anthropology, philosophy and other social sciences - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Business Risk & Controls - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
