**About VP/Head of Operations at Nogle**
We are looking for a VP/Head of Operations to join Nogle. As a corporate leader at Nogle in Singapore, you will be responsible for building and managing the operations framework and best practice processes - managing the end-to-end operations function across our global offerings. In short, you are here to ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
This is a hands-on role and you will be driven by high-quality service and standards. As part of the senior management team, you will play a key part in leading, managing, and delivering the business strategy, taking ownership of any business project.
**What will you need to do**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of our business; develop deep understanding of value drivers to identify and prioritize key strategic opportunities.
- Inform key cross-functional decisions with financial and operational implications and act as a business partner and resource for employees across finance, legal and other issues.
- Work closely with the product team and technology team on new product launches from defining scope & business requirements, designing digital and operational solutions, testing solutions, and launching new products.
- Oversee programs flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and support scalability.
- Define and measure operating metrics and benchmarks to measure customer delivery, customer engagement and team performance.
- Lead coordination and integration of efforts among operations, compliance, technical team and management to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
- Manage and build out the existing operations function with additional hires.
- Ad hoc support and reporting to the CEO and COO.
**What do you need to have**:
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in fintech. Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- A data-driven and strategic mindset with demonstrated business acumen.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent and adaptive leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people across different geographies and economic situations.
