As the VP for Product, you will be responsible for:

- Being the owner of Product Development sprints, in collaboration with the Engineering and Go-to-Market teams
- Setting up best practices for Product Development processes, including Product Requirement Documentation (PRDs), communication for each sprint cycle and iteration based on customer feedback
- Responsible for quality of the team’s product specifications, flows and wireframes that address customer needs
- Working closely with UX design and engineering teams to deliver product features smoothly
- Defining and analysing success metrics that inform product success and health
- Conducting user research to understand current and upcoming market needs
- Collaboration with Management and Engineering teams to prioritise and ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company’s directions and market opportunities
- Ultimately, you will make our product more intuitive to attract and retain users.
