**What the role is**
- We are looking for individuals interested in driving change management to facilitate the adoption of Smart Nation and digital government initiatives across our various key stakeholders which include citizens and businesses, and the public service. Officers would be exposed to a unique end-to-end approach of policy development to implementation.
**What you will be working on**
- You will report to a Deputy Director. Specific job responsibilities include: 1) Developing overall engagement strategy that are in line with the national strategic direction of the Smart Nation and Digital Government plans; rationalise objectives, targets and proposed outcomes for these engagements. 2) Conceptualising, organising and project management of engagements/ mega roadshows with citizens, businesses and civil service to suss out specific tech adoption pain points, outcomes of user-testing and prototyping. 3) Analysing survey and feedback data from engagement sessions to come up with recommendations on how to improve the user-experience or new tech growth areas Smart Nation should move into. 4) Developing strategies and implementing plans to increase adoption of specific technology platforms and tools across the Singapore population and civil service. 5) Working with relevant technologists and government agencies to develop content to support the above objectives.
