- Assessment and planning of treatment, evaluation of treatment to facilitate and optimize patients in their recovery process, provide progress reports.
- Coordinate and deliver lectures, training and in service programs.
- Provide guidance for junior therapist/Physiotherapist Assistant and monitor their performance to ensure safety standards and effective treatment for patients.
- Train junior therapist/Physiotherapist Assistant who have been recommended to take qualifying exam (QE).
- Participate and take the lead in work improvement activities in Physioworks department.
- Set up and lead the accreditation process for Day Rehab centres.
- Participate in public education and outreach activities.
- Participate in activities that contribute towards the quality of patient care and engage in promotional activities to generate business growth.
- Collate reports for management.
- Oversee the safety standards in all centres.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 year(s) of supervisory experience.
- Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and cultures, maintaining a high level of quality service.
- Self-motivated to keep up-to-date with advances in the field of physiotherapy.
- Proficient in neuro and geriatrics rehabilitation preferred.
- Applicants must be willing to travel across Singapore.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage.
