**About the position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve functional issues reported by end-users, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our support services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international stakeholders and liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates.
- Experience working in a global support team environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 stack and Sysaid is desirable.
