**Working Location**: Bukit Batok
**Working Time**: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)

**Job Description**:

- Follow up on customer enquiries, agents & complaints
- Arrange trucking, transportation & collection
- Coordinate & monitor shipment with carriers and clients
- Process booking for shipments line, custom permit and prepare shipping documents
- Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At Least 2 years of relevant experience (Preferably in Freight forwarding/Shipping)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication, willing to learn and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
