The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for the operation of short video and social media products, ensure the product safety and operation, continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies
- You'll analyze the product ecology and user behavior/preference with the product and operation team, drive product strategy designs related to our online platform safety operation, deliver the improvement plans, support the launch and oversee the implementation
- You'll track regulatory, industrial policy development in local markets, evaluate from the product policy perspective, iterate content policy according to platform governance demand

What should I bring with me?
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- You have a bachelor degree or above, experience from an internet company dealing with social media/content issues operation or product policy
- You are sensitive to content ecology and relevant strategies, excellent logical thinking ability, good at analysis and summary
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, multi-task management skills, and complex problem-solving skills
- You are self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and quickly respond to emergency content safety-related issues.
- Strong analytical reasoning, execution, and project management skills
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
