Shipbrokers act as intermediaries between two parties in the shipping industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will work alongside colleagues in our Singapore office to provide ship operations support to the Tanker Desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the end-to-end operations of the vessels and to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- First point of contact for all matters within the area of responsibility including monitoring vessel’s movement and performance, resolving complex deliveries, disputes, and claims.
- Maintain close communication with Owners/Charterers and brokers on vessels’ matters.
- Assist with preparation of management reports, ship chartering issue, i.e., clause negotiations, vessel’s clearance etc.
- Participate in proposing workflow improvements and optimisations to improve efficiency and process excellence.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum a Diploma holder and/or an associated shipping qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Tanker Operations.
- Well experience in handling vessels operations and have good knowledge/understanding of Tanker Shipping.
- Proactive self-starter who is service-oriented. Attention to detail, effective communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Resilient, adaptable to changes and an excellent team player.
