Job Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment
- Work closely with the users on their requirements and PRs
- Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user PRs
- Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement's P&P
- Follow through and monitor the whole process of PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received
- Formulate base case analysis & summary creation
- Create & verity product specification database
- Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
- Degree holder
- Preferably a member of institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management

Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience with some supervisory experience

Other Prerequisites
- Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- SAP exposure preferred
- Basic business sense and mathematical logic
