Corporate Services Manager

- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, workplace support, and administrative services (reception, mailroom, pantry, logistics, etc.).
- Oversee vendor contracts and monitor service levels to ensure performance standards are met.
- Plan and manage office budgets, procurement activities, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead workplace improvement projects and operational enhancement initiatives.
- Drive employee and guest experience programs to support a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management on space planning and business continuity matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, facilities management, or office administration.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Salary
Basic: $6,000 – $7,000
Others: AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm OR
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
