What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Briefing Consultant/Program Manager for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be at the epicenter for developing differentiated customer experiences through the planning and preparation of Executive Briefings. You will also support and align with our key stakeholders to drive innovation and next-generation customer engagements by trailblazing a variety of new projects aligning to business priorities; like future-ready executive briefings and program/process enhancements. You will:

- Assist with program evangelism with key stakeholders, to maintain critical relationships communicate the Executive Briefing Program's impact and identify opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to build intermediate and long-term planning frameworks for “future-ready” executive briefing strategy including to seamlessly engage both remote and in-person attendees.
- Drive the evolution of our capabilities by managing program-wide process improvements, including robotic process automation initiatives that enable greater efficiencies.
- Drive operational excellence & change management, manage reporting and assess business impact.
- Drive synergy with critical EBP program offices & platforms, such as SFDC, VisitOps and Adobe Experience Manager
- Manage overall end-to-end briefing process from pre-briefing to post briefing, including but not limited to: leading planning calls with Sales Teams and Discussion Leaders, agenda building, calendar management, securing Discussion Leaders for sessions, obtain feedback and conduct follow up.
- Plan Executive Briefings that meet the objectives of both the Customer and the Sales Team.
- Lead strategic and consultative discussions with Sales Teams to develop customized briefing agendas. Leverage relationships & influencing skills when working with Sales Teams and Discussion Leaders to build out-come based, transformational agendas.
- Lead by example with colleagues via the Shared Services Model to plan briefings in our Executive Briefing Center locations as well as in the Field.
- Serve as mentor/coach when training and/or onboarding team members.

Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into manageable concepts for stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple teams
- Ability to extrapolate key focuses from the Sales Teams’ objectives to build an effective briefing experience.
- High degree of professionalism and diplomacy skills with ability to interface successfully with senior-level executives, sales, lines of business leaders, and customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and demonstrated success with taking initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric, interrupt-driven environment.
- Must be a team player, adaptable to change, and willing to support the wider team.

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or related experience
