**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities:
**_Operations Accounts: _**
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Oversee the processing and recording of invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Perform thorough and accurate reconciliation of sales data from different payment platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Verify transaction details, payment processing fees, and currency conversions to reconcile against recorded sales.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data entry and documentation.
- Identify areas for operational improvement within the accounts management process.
- Develop and implement streamlined workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Analyze financial data to track key performance indicators and trends.
- Provide insights based on financial analysis to support operational decisions.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients related to financial transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and proper collections from clients.
- Resolve any issues related to payments or account discrepancies.

**_Administrative Operations: _**
- Implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to employees and associates, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, including purchase orders, invoices, and stock movement reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse and center teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data.
- Provide guidance and support to streamline the reporting process.
- Assist in any ad-hoc reporting and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both financial management and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, financial tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy.
