Accounting and Administration Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including office logistics, documentation, vendor liaison, and internal coordination
- Support finance-related tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and coordination with accounting service providers
- Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, leave tracking, CPF and insurance matters
- Liaise with the China headquarters and Chinese-speaking vendors on project coordination, reporting, and documentation
- Prepare internal reports, meeting materials, and corporate documents in both English and Chinese
- Assist in compliance matters, permit renewals, and support regulatory document preparation
- Coordinate business operations with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
**Job Requirements**:
- Master’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields from a globally recognized university (preferably QS Top 100)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, or finance support functions
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in multinational or Chinese companies preferred
- Strongly preferred: prior working experience in engineering, construction, or related industries
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills
