Our client is a dynamic fintech company focused on delivering cutting-edge digital financial solutions across Asia. Leveraging innovation in payments, lending, and embedded finance, our client is looking for a visionary **Digital Transformation Leader**to spearhead their strategic technology evolution and optimize operational agility. The Digital Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives, modernizing platforms, and leading change management efforts. This individual will align digital strategy with business goals, champion customer-centric innovation, and ensure scalable tech adoption across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap across core business lines.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and risk teams to digitize end-to-end customer journeys.
- Lead the implementation of cloud, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve business performance and agility.
- Oversee strategic projects involving systems integration, digital onboarding, API development, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Champion agile methodologies, innovation labs, and cross-functional squads to accelerate delivery and experimentation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging fintech technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity are embedded into all digital initiatives.Lead and inspire cross-functional transformation teams; manage vendor and consultant relationships where required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or innovation, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Willingness to be based in Hong Kong.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise digital change programs across multi-country environments.
- Strong understanding of digital financial platforms, cloud architecture, API ecosystems, and data analytics.
- Experience leading large-scale change and working in matrixed or fast-growth environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement, project governance, and leadership skills.Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
