**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- Coordinate with various managers for planning and execution of construction works.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, master construction schedules, micro schedule and procurement schedules.
- Manager and review correspondences to various parties including clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
- Monitor critical points within the schedules, to ensure that material deliveries, drawing are conducted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with team member to ensure that the project is carried out according to schedule.
- Responsible for planning and organizing schedules resource loading and leveling, micro planning and monitoring
- Develop the overall schedule using Primavera (P6) to monitor the progress, and prepare the procurement schedule, construction schedule and engineering schedule
- Resource and cost loading for the project
- Prepare of work format. Critical path identification
- Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report for client submission

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Building Construction Management/ civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in planning of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height with basements
- Familiar with the Programming software(s) for construction planning and monitoring, and experienced in the use of Primavera.
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
