**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs.
- **Consultative Approach**: Engage clients in discussions to identify their goals and provide tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, enhancing client conversations.
- **Presentation Skills**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing client engagement events that foster relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or client relations preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
