**What this job involves**:
Having a business first mind-set
Does generating new business light a fire in you? We, too, are just as passionate about supporting new clients as we are about deepening our relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will act as an ambassador and key point of contact for our Logistics & Industrial clients. You’ll need to be quick to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions and create opportunities for growth.

Seeing the bigger picture
You’ll develop a strategic focus on generating platform transactions as well as asset level transactions. This can include sourcing for a combination of operators, developers, capital partners and end users. This includes sourcing and executing opportunities for a variety of mandates including JV’s, M&A, Capital Markets, Sale & Leaseback and Asset/Portfolio trades.

You’ll play a key part in our Industrial & Logistics team, leading and supporting with transactions throughout the country and region. You’ll leverage JLL’s global relationships and network, being proactive in developing relationships with our global Industrial and Logistics teams to further extend existing client relationships within APAC.

You understand the necessity of collaborating with leaders across multiple business lines and multiple geographies to promote the “one JLL” ethos that sets our clients’ needs and ambitions first. This will require you to gain an understanding of the wider organisation quickly and promote your own corporate profile.

Experienced in Industrial & Logistics Assets
We are interested in speaking to best talent who are familiar with Industrial & Logistics Assets. You should have more than 10 years of working experience in the Logistics & Industrial and come from a capital markets background with a proven track record of logistics & industrial deals in an international cross border environment ideally within APAC or Europe. Prior transaction experience in single asset, portfolio trades and sale and leaseback deals, particularly in the China logistics market (which is a huge part of JLL’s business strategy), is essential to be successful in this role
