Keen to further strengthen our client offering in the Logistics & Industrial space, we are looking for a Senior Manager/Director, Logistics and Industrial Capital Markets
We are looking for: Senior Manager/Director, Logistics & Industrial - Singapore
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the local and regional deal teams and be involved in the execution of both buy and sell side capital markets and leasing transactions for logistics and industrial assets in Singapore
- Develop a sound understanding of the logistics and industrial real estate markets in Singapore, and be able to interpret and analyse market trends and fundamentals;
- Maintain a positive profile in the real estate community, proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars and leveraging the existing relationships of other business units;
- Manage all aspects of client relationship, develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts
- Lead and provide guidance to co-workers and analysts, and contribute towards business development and strategic objectives of the team and wider capital markets group;
- Collaboration with internal and external research & analysis;
- Support and drive forward the CRM programme for major clients;
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in real estate investment & finance preferred;
- Proven track record of executing real estate transactions with strong underlying knowledge of investment property valuation;
- Develop maintain strong knowledge of market trends and conditions in the key markets;
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines;
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a transactions role dealing with real estate, preferably in logistics and industrial
- Knowledge in Singapore logistics and industrial is essential and prior experience dealing with JTC will be an advantage;
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Embrace collaboration and teamwork, willing to take up responsibilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus)
