We are looking for business development talents on a **part time** or **freelance** basis at this moment, with plans to convert achievers and contributors into full time and key positions in the near future.

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be tasked but not limited to:
- Understand the company structure, brand and work environment in the IT Sector
- Brief on responsibilities and expectations of a business development
- Brief on company's service standards and etiquette
- Brief on products and services
- Be involved in company direction planning and decision making. You will be tasked to expand new markets and source for strategy partners to provide a holistic solution to SMEs
- Involve in lead funnelling process, planning, strategising and execution
- Conduct negotiation of sales agreements, develop measures to enhance client retention and loyalty, communicate clients feedback and market sentiments to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services
- Drive Online and/or Offline Marketing Campaigns
- Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials by selecting suitable offline, traditional or digital platforms, as well as plan contents and activities in support of marketing campaigns.
- Strategy/Channel Partner Outreach
- Market study and establish relationships with strategy partners in marketing and providing holistic solutions to customers.
- Enterprise Solution
- Train to gather enterprise level pain points and workflow. Provide and be able to propose feasible solutions. Coordinate internal departments and external resources to deliver technical scoping, framework architecture, database diagram, software requirement specification, pricing and timeline plan out

**Salary**: $3,600.00 - $7,200.00 per month
