**About the Role**

The Senior/Officer, Air Import is responsible to execute day to day Air Import duties as specified by the Senior Supervisor, Air Import. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Import Operation
- Manage daily import operations and documentation
- Monitor assigned customer's inbound shipments closely
- Coordinate with team members, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transcation for all import shipments
- Complying on shipment event/milestone update in CW1
- Receive and process nomination and local customer booking and provide flight details
- Arrange collection/Delivery with transporter

Declare import permit when necessary
- Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Communicate with origin network
- Sending pre-alert to customer

Process invoices and generate DO
- Adhoc

Any adhoc duties assigned by the Senior Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Air Import

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Air Import Operation
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
- Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Full understanding of all freight and logistics product solutions
- Proficient in MS Office and Tradenet
- Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
