**Product & Quality Assurance Manager**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Development**
- Lead the end-to-end product development process — ideation, formulation, testing, validation, and launch.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into innovative product concepts and line extensions.
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and positioning.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful launches.
- Collaborate with suppliers and OEM/ODM partners on formulation feasibility and quality consistency.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Ensure all new and existing products comply with relevant **regulatory, safety, and labeling standards**(e.g., HSA, SFA, GMP).
- Oversee product documentation including specifications, COAs, testing reports, and stability studies.
- Review and approve raw material quality, packaging standards, and production protocols.
- Partner with QA to manage product validation, shelf-life testing, and non-conformance investigations.
- Implement and maintain **quality-by-design**principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Liaise with regulatory consultants and testing laboratories to ensure compliance and quality excellence.

**Cross-functional Leadership**
- Act as the key liaison between QA, R&D, marketing, and operations teams.
- Support marketing with technical product claims and substantiation.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to assess product performance, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both product development and quality management processes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Minimum **5 years of experience**in **product development and quality assurance**, preferably in **nutraceuticals, supplements, or FMCG/healthcare**, **TCM**industries.
- Strong knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, and relevant product regulatory frameworks**.
- Proven experience in leading product projects from concept to commercialization.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for product integrity and innovation.
