Presales Consultant

Our client is a leading global enterprise IT solutions provider with headquarters in China. With global offices in China, Japan, USA, Netherlands, India and Singapore, it has with an established presence in 89 countries around the world for 6000+ clients.
They are looking for a Presales Consultant as part of their expansion plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the sales team, channel partners and customers to handle pre-sales activities including client visits, solution identification, architecture, product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) exercises;
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's solution offerings and training the sales team and channel partners;
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of our products and services and communicate effectively with customers
- Keep up to date with recent technical advances and applies industry knowledge to our products and processes
- Positively impact customer satisfaction, while assisting your Sales partners to close business, through online and in-person sales efforts
- Responds to all the technical questions on RFI and RFPs
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years presales experience in ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP
- Strong understanding & proven track record of making impactful solution presentations to clients from different industries
- Ability to learn and flexible enough to manage change and take on new initiatives with limited support
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese in order to liaise with HQ counterparts
- Excellent interpersonal skills building trust among customers and peers
- Ability to travel if required
