The role will be part of our Research & Development team as an Audiologist to deliver best-in-class audiological performance for Hearing Aids, their Accessories, and Fitting Software. You will support our development projects in optimizing and verifying solutions for our hearing aids system in collaboration with our experienced engineering colleagues.

**What you will do**
- Verification and validation of the audiological performance of products under development (hearing aids, accessories, and fitting software)
- Development, execution, and coordination of audiological tests of new products
- Training and supporting the multi-disciplinary team on audiological topics

**What you bring**
- Masters/Degree in Audiology
- 3 years of experience as a Clinical or Research Audiologist
- Debugging, problem determination, and statistical analysis skills
- A committed and independent individual who takes initiative to deliver projects
- Proficient in MS Office as well as any hearing aids fitting software
