We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Singapore. In this role, you will design and develop software tools that enable hearing care professionals to diagnose, repair, and manage hearing aids efficiently. Working closely with engineers, audiologists, and product managers, you will create reliable and intuitive applications that support device testing, calibration, and service workflows that ultimately improves the hearing experience for users worldwide.

What you will do
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions to support hearing aid diagnostics, repair, and device management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, audiologists, and product managers to deliver robust and user-friendly applications
  • Apply software development best practices using technologies such as C#, WPF/WCF, .NET Core, RabbitMQ, gRPC, and Azure
  • Conduct research and proof-of-concepts to improve development processes, product quality, and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal system uptime
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and workflows across the R&D function.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of C#, object-oriented design, and modern development frameworks and patterns (OOP, OOAD, CQRS)
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end development, web technologies, and DevOps principles
  • Familiarity with design patterns, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced R&D environment.
