**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends in the heavy machinery sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
- Attend industry-related events or exhibitions to generate leads and maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and opportunities.
- Regularly visit client sites to demonstrate the hydraulic crane products, explain features and benefits, and answer any queries to close sales.
- Provide detailed information and reports on field sales results, market trends, and competitor activity to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand and construct relevant sales materials.
- Address any client issues and ensure their satisfaction, providing solutions and suggestions to boost sales.
