Take the lead in driving infrastructure projects within our hospital cluster by providing expert Quantity Surveying and contract advisory services. You'll manage procurement strategies, oversee funding, and ensure smooth project execution while refining processes for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Quantity Surveying services, including providing contract advisory to Project Managers and stakeholders on managing infrastructure projects within the hospital cluster.
- Provide project management support for renovation projects within the hospital cluster.
- Support the drafting of infrastructure procurement documents, including refining procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage funding and cash flow for infrastructure projects within the hospital cluster.
- Analyze and compile cost data for infrastructure projects, liaising with Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, including coordinating with Project Managers, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Compile a registry of consultations, queries, and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents, and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
- Organize training sessions for professional growth and practice.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or other relevant construction-related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.Team player with strong passion and drive.
