As the Lead Developer Relations Engineer, you will champion to build and expand our developer community, helping to drive adoption of Stackr's Micro-Rollup SDK and related technologies. In this role, you will be the bridge between Stackr and the global developer community, ensuring that our tools, documentation, and support meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to create and execute strategies that attract, engage, and empower developers worldwide.

**What you'll do**
- **Community Engagement**: Build, grow, and nurture a vibrant global community of developers by creating and fostering strong relationships with key community members, partners, and influencers.
- **Advocacy and Education**: Act as the voice of Stackr in the developer community by speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, creating educational content, and driving awareness of our Micro-Rollup framework and other technologies.
- **Developer Experience**: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that Stackr’s SDKs, tools, and APIs are developer-friendly, well-documented, and meet the needs of our developer community.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage a content roadmap that includes technical blog posts, tutorials, videos, and other resources to educate developers on best practices and new features within the Stackr ecosystem.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather feedback from the developer community to inform product development and ensure that our tools continue to meet the evolving needs of our users.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Identify and establish partnerships with other developer-focused organizations, platforms, and communities to expand the reach and impact of Stackr.
- **Event Management**: Plan and coordinate developer-focused events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences to promote the use of Stackr’s technologies and engage with the developer community.

**Requirements**:

- **Highly autonomous and intrinsically motivated**. You’re prepared to take responsibility and make decisions. You tell us (not ask us) what we need when it comes to developer outreach.
- **You have profound experience in developer relations, strong prior experience in blockchain space**, developer advocacy, or a similar role, with a strong track record of building and growing developer communities.
- **Strong technical background** with hands-on experience in web3, blockchain, or similar technologies. Familiarity with state machines, rollups, and developer infrastructure is a plus.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality technical content, including blogs, tutorials, videos, and presentations, tailored for a developer audience.
- You have experience growing and nurturing developer communities, with a deep understanding of what motivates and engages developers.
- You can develop and execute strategic plans to drive developer engagement and adoption, leveraging data and insights to refine your approach.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
