We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Engineer to be part of our growing organization. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of developers, guiding the design and implementation of software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in fullstack development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of fullstack developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, UI/UX, QA) to deliver software solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in fullstack development with proficiency in frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Go).
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (2+), with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Passion for continuous learning, self-improvement, and staying updated with emerging technologies.
- Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
