**The Role: Resourcing Coordinator**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Coordinator to manage staffing coordination and resource planning for client programs across APAC. This role is part of the Projects, Resourcing, and Operations (PRO) APAC team and is essential in ensuring smooth program execution by matching the right facilitators, coaches, and consultants to the right projects.

This is an exciting entry point into the learning and development industry, offering exposure to complex global programs and working closely with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Staffing Coordination & Scheduling**:

- Assign and schedule facilitators, coaches, and consultants for client programs based on availability, expertise, and project needs.
- Ensure staffing aligns with program timelines and client requirements.
- Communicate staffing decisions to internal teams and external facilitators.

**Resource Management & Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of resourcing in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Salesforce).
- Track facilitator utilization, ensuring optimal allocation across multiple projects.
- Proactively identify and flag staffing gaps or conflicts.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for external facilitators and internal program teams.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Program Coordinators to align staffing needs with program requirements.
- Support the PRO APAC team in resourcing decisions and escalations.

**Process Optimization & Data Management**:

- Regularly update staffing data in Salesforce and internal tracking tools.
- Improve resourcing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor post-program evaluations and provide feedback on facilitator performance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, resource management, or project coordination, preferably in consulting, professional services, or learning & development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple scheduling needs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external facilitators.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and data entry.
- Proactive problem solver who can anticipate staffing conflicts and suggest solutions.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) or other resource management tools.
- Fluent in English (additional APAC languages a plus).
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional calls with global teams (US/EU).
