Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence APAC (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in Singapore or Remote.

In this role, Regional Deliver Operational Excellence will:

- Sustainably Develop, implement & improve business processes and tools considered best in class for Deliver operations and business processes.
- Advances Deliver Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the region, prioritizing and leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies
- Develop and perform Maturity / Capability Gap Assessments to define opportunities, with multi-functional partners and implement improvements.
- Lead their region in the areas Performance Management, Metrics, and Distribution Best Practices in Process.
- Facilitates business case definitions and results presentations; as required while championing change management.
- The role will establish and maintain key partnerships across Deliver organization to ensure an integrated approach to process improvement, Lean & Faster Forward approaches.
- Connect, use and learn from global standard methodologies and adapt to regional capability needs.
- Demonstrate experience to ensure appropriate effective communication methods from Hourly DC employee to Senior Leader (VP) is required.
- Developing a roadmap of goals vs. gaps across functional areas of Operations Excellence, Process, Performance,

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of business experience required primarily in Supply Chain and Logistics functions. Distribution experience preferred.
- Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is required. Green belt required minimum; Black Belt Certification preferred.
- Experience in data analytics; analysis / insights required. Be able to demonstrate with past project review.
- Management of staff experience required.
- Ability to lead & get things done through influence versus line responsibility
- Ability to communicate orally and written clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
- Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem-solving using proven methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to and challenge the norm
- Proven experience in successful change management preferred.

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Project Management training/certification preferred.
- JJOS experience strongly preferred.
